OTC TECH | SPECIAL REPORT
Two OTC AI stories.
One real price winner.
Spectral Capital and OneMeta both sit at the intersection of communications and advanced technology. But the numbers reveal two very different investment cases.

The headline is momentum. The real story is quality of growth.

THE BIG PICTURE
Same theme. Opposite profiles.
FCCN has scale, a major share-price advance and an acquisition-led telecom platform. ONEI has a higher-margin software model and enterprise traction, but remains financially fragile and did not deliver a clean May-to-August gain.

PERFORMANCE TRUTH
FCCN: $2.04 to $5.31 equals +160.3%. ONEI: its Aug. 14 close of $0.118 rose to $0.219 on Aug. 27 (+85.6%), then ended Aug. 31 at $0.182 (+54.2% from Aug. 14). That is an August breakout, not evidence of sustained May-to-August outperformance.
VERDICT: FCCN is the proven price performer in this pair.

Spectral changed the size of the conversation.
The old question was whether Spectral could build a meaningful operating business. The new question is whether a very large telecom revenue base can become a better-margin, cash-generating digital infrastructure platform.

HOW THE MODEL WORKS
Acquire — Operating telecom and communications assets.
Integrate — Build scale across networks and infrastructure.
Improve — Apply automation, AI and advanced computing to margins.
Prove — Convert revenue into profit, cash flow and credibility.
THE INVESTOR QUESTION
Can hundreds of millions in revenue become meaningful margin and cash flow?

FCCN | PRICE, CATALYST, RISK — THE PRICE MOVE
The chart moved first. Execution will follow.
WHAT COULD DRIVE THE NEXT LEG
MARGIN
A measurable rise in gross margin would improve revenue quality.
INTEGRATION
Cleaner reporting and stable operations across acquired businesses.
UPLISTING
Progress toward exchange requirements could broaden access and liquidity.
RISK DASHBOARD

Strong price action is evidence of attention-not proof of value.
OTC securities may trade with low volume, wide spreads and sharp price gaps. Historical performance is not a forecast.
THE DISCOVERY STORY
Real-time language AI meets enterprise communications.
OneMeta sells multilingual translation and transcription technology for contact centers and enterprise workflows. The commercial idea is compelling: make language capability a software layer inside communications infrastructure.

THE CASH-FLOW CATCH
The positive operating cash flow was driven heavily by working-capital movements, including deferred revenue. OneMeta received a $3.0M prepaid credit under its Avaya reseller agreement. That cash is valuable, but it is not the same as recognized revenue or operating profit.

WHAT THE FILINGS SAY
H1 revenue fell from $829K to $619K (-25.3%). H1 gross profit was $416K. Operating loss was $3.31M; net loss was $5.58M; period-end cash was only $49K. ONEI is an adoption story with genuine enterprise channels-but the financial base remains extremely small.

THE INVESTOR CALL VIEW
FCCN has momentum. ONEI has optionality.
They belong in the same thematic conversation-but not in the same performance bucket.

WHAT TO WATCH NEXT
FCCN: consolidated gross-margin expansion
FCCN: operating cash-flow conversion
ONEI: recognized revenue from Avaya demand
ONEI: liquidity, financing and dilution
Both: trading volume and disclosure quality
The best story is not always the best stock. The best stock is the one whose numbers keep confirming the story.
